I have worked nightshift for 10 years and now I am told I have to work rotating roster unless I come up with a valid reason. My reasons: I dont live on a public bus route and have to share my car within my family, I was asked to work nights and it works well for my family and our ward ......were not valid. Our Num is happy for us to work the shifts we are working, people above him are demanding this, it feels like bullying to us, they are forcing us. So, please help me with a valid reason, so I can stay on nights.

@lotusM,
I really think the transportation issue should have been sufficient. You might try telling them your internal clock has you being more efficient during those hours.

For gosh sake, don't tell them you like nights because the management dorks are always wandering around.
