Could it be that the personalities, and certain obnoxious qualities of a specific local group in Ottawa, dwelling in a certain building with a large clock tower (and frequenting all the 'better' restaraunts in the area, on taxpayers money), have rubbed off on the general citizenry, in the minds of Canadia/ens?

Fuggedabout Gryfe's. They're good for Tranna bagels, but they're nothin' on a Montreal or Ottawa bagel. Gimme a good chewy Montreal bagel.
