Images of four U.S. security guards killed in Iraq filled television screens worldwide Wednesday but were largely shunned by television in the United States that deemed them too graphic.

Helping to distance Americans from the actual horror that is taking place on a daily basis in Iraq.
Such subjective censorship is no accident. It helps George W. Bush's war for oil and legacy seem less demonic than it is to voters.
