@JoeBruno,
Citizens United v. Federal Election Commission

Legal

Is also the legal name of a Supreme Court case which the bribed Supreme Court justices ruled "corporations are people too..."

Don't twist words or you will have them thrown back into your face.

The words "citizens united" has everything to do with the Supreme Court and exactly what I said, the lobbyist of big corporations buying off our electorate.

And yes, the entire tea party is racist, every single last member. You would have to be racist and a homophobe to stay and support such hate for so long...

I left the republican party the very the moment I noticed what the tea party was doing...

Joe you are a pathetic, unpatriotic racist pig, admit it... The only one you are fooling is yourself!

Now who are the racists here? Which party today respects democracy?

If the repugs can't buy an election, then rig it, huh?

Yes republiKKKans... racism is wrong, disenfranchising voters is wrong. stepping all over women's rights is wrong, accepting corporate bribes is wrong, fighting PUBLIC unions that protect workers is wrong.

Rick Perry - republican

Sarah Palin - republican

John Kasich - republican

Scott Walker - republican

Rick Scott - republican

(Governor ultrasound)
Bob McDonnell - republican

...and they are all registered as republicans NOT the tea party.

Are these comments supposed to be degrading to women? Insult women and claim you love your mothers in the same breath?

@RexRed,
Public unions have destroyed California and were on the verge of destroying Wisconsin. The manner in which Scott Walker has saved Wisconsin has been spectacular and the whole world knows it and the people of Wisconsin know it. These Republican governors get elected for real reasons.

@gungasnake,
Enron and the rich greedy republicans nearly destroyed California and it has been CLEAN GREEN ENERGY that has saved it... The republiKKKans also with their trumped up wars and spending without limits, dismantling of Wall Street and corporate regulations have nearly destroyed the economy of our entire nation.

When people are paid well, the economy grows... It is the unions and strict regulations that facilitate a robust middle class, not trickle down economics... Good education facilitates job creation, all of the things the repubiKKKans openly oppose.

RepubliKKKans, VOTE 'EM OUT! ALL OF THEM!

The republiKKKans say we need a strong military, then they plan new wars. Then they use private corporations to funnel billions of dollars directly into republiKKKan hands.

@JoeBruno,
Ronald Reagan banned assault weapons... Did he lie?

Did Reagan support an assault-weapons ban?
http://www.politifact.com/georgia/statements/2013/feb/05/barack-obama/did-reagan-support-assault-weapons-ban/

May 3, 1994
To Members of the U.S. House of Representatives:

We are writing to urge your support for a ban on the domestic manufacture of military-style assault weapons. This is a matter of vital importance to the public safety. Although assault weapons account for less than 1% of the guns in circulation, they account for nearly 10% of the guns traced to crime.

Every major law enforcement organization in America and dozens of leading labor, medical, religious, civil rights and civic groups support such a ban. Most importantly, poll after poll shows that the American public overwhelmingly support a ban on assault weapons. A 1993 CNN/USA Today/Gallup Poll found that 77% of Americans support a ban on the manufacture, sale, and possession of semi-automatic assault guns, such as the AK-47.

The 1989 import ban resulted in an impressive 40% drop in imported assault weapons traced to crime between 1989 and 1991, but the killing continues. Last year, a killer armed with two TEC9s killed eight people at a San Francisco law firm and wounded several others. During the past five years, more than 40 law enforcement officers have been killed or wounded in the line of duty by an assault weapon.

While we recognize that assault weapon legislation will not stop all assault weapon crime, statistics prove that we can dry up the supply of these guns, making them less accessible to criminals. We urge you to listen to the American public and to the law enforcement community and support a ban on the further manufacture of these weapons.

Sincerely,

Gerald R. Ford

Jimmy Carter

Ronald Reagan

More tax payer money at work here, just like a vote to repeal Obama care 40 times...

BREAKING: In response to North Carolina’s voter suppression law signed into law by Gov. McCrory hours ago, we are challenging North Carolina’s decision to end a week of early voting, end same-day registration, and prohibit “out-of precinct” voting. These changes burden the right to vote and discriminate against Black voters.

Republican logic - We need to allow terrorists access to guns because they may want to overthrow our democratically elected government... And it is their second amendment right to do so... (cynical)
