Anony/my answer: I don't think a man should go down on a woman he's not in love with. Say I were a woman. I personally wouldn't want a man going down on me unless he were in love with me. To me that would be special, as in it means something.
Some women feel they shouldn't 'go down' on a man unless she's in love with him. Some don't like 'going down' on a man period. If I were woman I wouldn't mind either way, whether I were in love with him or not. I wouldn't see myself swallowing unless I were in love. To me that means something.
