Zimmerman could just as easily attacked Martin and got those marks during a retaliatory response...or from Martin simply repelling an attack.

Not even one black and blue mark anywhere on poor innocent Trayvon body so that was some attacked that Zimmerman launch on this poor innocent child.

What an emotional loaded word to used for the act of legally following Trayvon in order to get the police to check him out!!!!!!!!!!

Yes he killed Trayvon and a jury found he did so in legal self defense.

The real problem for Zimmerman, regarding his current charges and arrest, is that this time the claimant is alive, and she can testify, so no one has to wonder about her version of events, they can hear it for themselves. We never heard from Trayvon Martin, because Zimmerman silenced him. That's not the case now.

And you want to use the fact that Zimmerman did not have a mark on him as absolute proof that the initial attack came from Martin and not from Zimmerman???

C'mon. We know they tussled...no matter who initiated the attack.

So, Zimmerman was an incompetent fighter...and may have bit off more than he could chew. And he resorted to using a gun...rather than dealing with the situation that way a man would...especially a man who had stalked the guy with whom he was locking horns.

How you even made a living as an attorney is somewhat questionable - when you don't know basic legal terms.

Guns kill; the record is clear and unquestionable for most people with any capacity to think clearly, and know how to read all the statistics available.

But Zimmerman's current accuser can talk, and can testify, which makes it much more difficult for him to spin his self-serving version of events.

And the police believed her, and they arrested him, and this time it didn't take them 44 days to do that.

And now he faces a possible 18 years in prison if he's convicted. That's current reality.

Of course if Zimmerman had not been armed and Trayvon therefore killed him none of us would had likely had hear of it as such a happen is far too common then the other way around where a "non-black" was able to killed his young black attacker.

Of course Zimmerman a mixed race person was turn into a white man and a white racial man at that so it would be a better story.
