But, if he's got that much to give her, then he lied. again, to a judge regarding his assets.
He claimed, in court, to only have $149 in assets...he has no legal settlement or separation agreement with her, she couldn't even have him served with the divorce papers until he was locked up again--he was served when he was in custody.
So, where's he allegedly getting this money to give her? What's his source of income? And why is he still lying to judges, claiming to be indigent, and sponging off the taxpayers by using public defenders?

And if he has "substantial funds" in a legal defense fund, he doesn't need, or warrant, or deserve, a public defender.
