I suspect the commercial breaks are pre-set, and they'll cut away regardless of what's going on with the trial when that break comes up.

But I can't complain too much about HLN, they just pause what's going on in the courtroom and pick it right up again after the break.

from naked anti-white emotional racial prejudice.

zimmerman is not white...this is about a pro black bias, blacks are if course some of our fav victims. we will always bend over backwards to make a black
person a victim, and as we see here neither the law nor the facts will be allowed to get in the way of our mission to make victims.

Poor David charges racial prejudice - like everything else he's claimed about this trial, but can't prove any of it!

Poor David doesn't understand that the trial will determine Zimmerman's innocence or guilt, and what he has said about this trial were all invented in his own dead brain that has no relationship to what's happened.

the paint is almost dry, we are watching the abuse of a man named Zimmerman at the hands of the state. all we are awaiting for now is how bad the abuse will be. justice would have been no charge. the backstop.should have been the judge throwing the charge out for lack of evidence.

The defense sure is putting on a pretty desperate, pathetic attempt to discredit the DNA evidence.

If the standards were not so high, Zimmerman should definitely should be found guilty, but since all this basically is coming to down to a basically "he said" only, and only one juror has to find he had a reasonable fear or just is basically biased to begin with, I have my doubts.

What one or more jurors see is very important to their final decision on innocence or guilt.

Even during our trial, we had two jurors who claimed that without the DNA proof, his guilt was not proven. We also learned that nobody knows how long sperm will live in a dead body. We had other circumstantial evidence that proved his guilt, but they didn't believe in them. After a full day of going over all the evidence, they finally agreed with the majority.

Well, we didn't hear today - "The Prosecution Rests"! The Defense wanted to have Friday off, but the Judge reminded them the Jury is sequestered. They're just goofballs.

For me, Murder 2 is back on the table - Zimmerman knew the police would be there is very few minutes, he wanted Trayvon dead, why - to show he would make a great cop. OMG, never, why - cause he had a depraved mind, delusions of grandeur........

If he were charged with being a jerk, or dorkish behaviour, they would have to convict. I've no idea what happened from the moment of confrontation and onwards. Naturely, I can invent several scenarios, each as plausible as the other.

David is not capable of stating facts; he loves to use his own imagination to arrive at stupid conclusions. HE WAS NOT A WITNESS TO ANY OF THE ACTIVITIES OF ZIMMERMAN OR MARTIN, before, during or after Zimmerman shot Martin.
