@izzythepush,
Also, since they can't use their intellect to challenge what we say, they give us a thumb's down. What dorks! I think Frank's guess that they are third graders gives them too much credit. An eight year old child has more maturity than they do.

That's an excellent self-description, BillRM.

You can't logically deal with the disturbing facts about George Zimmerman, so you replace facts with strawmen and fantasies and racist attitudes in order to promote a pro-gun agenda with this reckless, emotionally unstable, wanna-be-cop, and lawbreaker, as your poster boy.

His wife, his friends, and now his lawyer, are tired of defending Zimmerman's indefensible actions. But, like a good soldier for the NRA, you hang in there. You don't care if this disturbed man winds up killing another person, or even himself, you want to see him armed. You don't care about Zimmerman, or about anyone other than yourself. This is all about your need to carry a gun, and to use it without fearing legal consequences, if you decide you feel "threatened".

You want to consider your concealed carry permit a license to kill.

Bigotry and judgment are the height of insecurity.

Jasmine Guy's quote above is spot on. That in a nutshell is what it's all about. That's what its about pertaining to the first black president of the US. The United of America has always been the bastion/stronghold of the white man....white supremacy it's called. The "top job" the US Presidency was never designed with non-whites in mind, and especially not a Black American! When Obama achieved this goal of the presidency, there was an upheaval, a sea change in America, and the psyche of the average white man underwent a powerful jolt; things will never be the same again because the glass ceiling has been shattered.

But insecurity, an integral part of our species, has played a basic role from the very beginning. We instinctively are fearful of the unknown, or suspicious of those who look and act different, i.e., language, dress, and culture. Then there is uncertainty among those we know and love; subconsciously we are always competing with others....siblings, keeping up with the Jones (neighbors), business competitors, etc. Our species is spiked with variable emotions and peculiarities. We do have the capacity to grow, to learn although we will never be perfect.

George Zimmerman: No domestic violence charges 'any time soon'
By Rene Stutzman, Orlando Sentinel
September 11, 2013

LAKE MARY - George Zimmerman did so much damage to an iPad that his estranged wife was using to video-record their argument over how to divide household goods that authorities cannot quickly recover images and thus he will not face arrest, the police department announced at noon.

"The iPad is in really bad shape," said Lake Mary Officer Zach Hudson.

Zimmerman admitted destroying it and can be seen on a home security system video to be piercing it with some sort of tool then flinging it to the ground on Monday.

Hudson said without video corroboration to Shellie Zimmerman's allegation that he threatened to harm her, there would be no arrest.

It also means that she won't be arrested either. George Zimmerman had lodged a counter-complaint, alleging that she had hit him with the iPad.

Hudson did not rule out future charges, should someone be able to figure out how to recover the iPad video, but he said police weren't sure who might be able to do that or when.

He suggested that might take weeks or months.

Police expect to release their final report on what happened at Zimmerman's home Monday, the dispute that sparked Shellie Zimmerman's call to 911.

That should be available mid-afternoon.

Police responded to Sprucewood Road after Shellie Zimmerman called 911 just after 2 p.m. Monday and told a police dispatcher her estranged husband had his hand on his gun, was making threats and had punched her father.

"I'm really, really afraid," Shellie Zimmerman said. "I don't know what he's capable of. I'm really, really scared."

Police have since said they have no evidence a gun was involved. Shellie Zimmerman, her father and other people present didn't actually see one, Hudson said, and none was found on Zimmerman.

"As of right now, a gun is not a part of the equation," Hudson said Tuesday.

Officers did not search George Zimmerman's vehicle, Hudson said, because they didn't feel they had probable cause to do so.

The couple had gotten into a fight as they tried to divide household belongings. George Zimmerman's attorney, Mark O'Mara called it an argument over "pots and pans."

Police say they are still investigating to determine whether to charge either Zimmerman with a domestic violence-related crime. George Zimmerman told police that his wife hit him with the iPad, Hudson said.

It's also possible George Zimmerman would be charged with destruction of evidence for breaking the iPad, Hudson said, depending on the evidentiary value of the video his wife recorded.

"As it stands right now there will not be any charges any time soon without that iPad," Hudson said. "And that can be weeks or months away."

Check back for updates. This is a developing story.

You can see Zimmerman destroying the ipad on this video--he should be charged with destruction of evidence.

I was just too nice not to point that out to him until he begin mounting personal attacks on me.

People ARE better than others, whether thay are "secure" or not.
Even with identical twins:
one of them will inevitably be better than his brother.

No 2 things are exactly alike.

Yes ,it is a shame that people who took part in rallies yelling no justice no peace was not on that jury! Or the damn president that both I and Zimmerman voted for who ID Trayvon as his son and then himself as a younger Trayvon.

They would had been far fairer jurors then the six women five of who have children on their own happen to be.

As all non-blacks are racists after all.

Facts does not matter such as Obama did not become president without a hell of a lot of whites voting for him including Zimmerman and myself.

Not a problem with Obama skin color but am having more and more of a problem in how he been preforming his job of late.

A damn former constitutional law professor tearing up the bill of rights just to start with.

Then making it harder for Zimmerman to get a fair trial by IDing Trayvon as his might had been son!!!!!!!

I voted for the man to be the president for all the country not for just black Americans.

Having a black president that is showing signs of being a racist is just as bad as having a white president doing the same thing.

Damn shame as I had high hopes for the man and he is falling very short of those hopes.

So, you rate the worth of human beings based on their level of understanding of how the universe works?

And, of course, you consider yourself right up there with Stephen Hawking. Laughing

You can't understand basic rules of grammar and sentence structure, you apparently are too dumb to know how to use a spell-check, but you think you "understand the universe" because you know how a toilet flushes.

I bet Obama wouldn't think much of you either.

Nor would he want to make any claims of identifying with you. Laughing

Oh, but you do have a problem with his skin color--you don't like it when he mentions his skin color, or when he mentions how skin color affects how young black men are regarded and profiled, based on his own experiences.

You've already decided how black people should feel, according to your biased standards, and you're not interested in listening to how they actually do feel.

You're never able to consider any viewpoint beyond your own. You shut out and deny anything that challenges your rigid opinions. Which is why you remain mired in ignorance.

STORY HIGHLIGHTS
Police are investigating a confrontation between Zimmerman and his estranged wife
Officials need information from an iPad before any charges can be brought
The iPad was severely damaged and officials don't know when they will access

George Zimmerman won't face charges anytime soon in connection with a dispute he had with his estranged wife and his father-in-law, police in Lake Mary, Fla., said Wednesday.

Monday, Shellie Zimmerman told a 911 dispatcher that her husband smashed an iPad she was holding, struck her father in the nose and threatened both father and daughter while putting a hand on a gun. After police arrived, she decided not to press charges against her husband, who was acquitted in the shooting death of 17-year-old Trayvon Martin in July. Now, police say they can't get to possible video of the fight that might be on the iPad.

"The iPad is in really bad shape," said officer Zach Hudson, a spokesman for the Lake Mary Police Department. "At this point, we do not have the tools available to effectively look at the video on the iPad."

He added that there was also some "chip damage" to the device and that officials think information from the device could be inaccessible for a long time.

"As it stands right now, there will not be any charges anytime soon without that iPad," Hudson said.

Still, a "lengthy police report" of the confrontation between the couple will be released sometime on Wednesday, he said.

Police said Zimmerman and his wife, who filed for divorce this month, were blaming each other for starting the fight at her father's home.

In an audio recording of Shellie Zimmerman's 911 call, she can be heard sobbing and saying her husband cut the iPad with a pocket knife. "I'm really scared,'' she tells police.

However, authorities say Shellie Zimmerman later dropped her claim that a gun was involved. Officers did not recover a gun from the scene.

In the divorce petition, Shellie Zimmerman says she and her husband separated a month after Zimmerman was acquitted of any crime for fatally shooting Martin. The verdict sparked protests across the nation.

Zimmerman has been pulled over at least twice for speeding since his acquittal.

@BillRM,
That's already been posted. Why did you repost the same news story I just posted? What do you think that contributes to the thread?

You really don't bother reading anyone else's posts, do you? That's why you remain mired in ignorance.

Your profound "understanding of the universe" doesn't seem to extend to your knowing how to edit a post to remove extraneous garbage. That must be way beyond your obviously limited abilities.

Zimmerman should be arrested for destroying evidence. And I posted the video link where you can see him destroying the ipad.

He's also the one who is responsible for the police incurring the cost of trying to retrieve the video--and they should bill him for that.

@BillRM,
A posting of a news story concerning Zimmerman with no comments added got a vote down of two so far how amazing is that?
