It has been demonstrated repeatedly on this form tha that assumption is false. I am curious to see what evidence (if any) leads you toi make this erroneous assumption.

If you mean "Hussein had bio and chem agents in the later 1980s," then yes, you are correct. If you mean "Hussein had active programs until 1998," you would again be correct.
