Do you think the army is buying the best quality body armour available, or do you think they try to cut some costs and go for a slightly lower quality?

I don't know about the quality of the body armor; I'm sure they cut some costs, but it's reasonable to. M-16's aren't the best assault rifles around, but they aren't bad, and they're relatively inexpensive.

Even if our army isn't perfectly equipped, it's better equipped than our adversaries.
