Hi English teachers,
please correct my English sentences if there are any mistakes. Thank you very much in advance.
In addition to decline, factories do not earn money and export rates are low.

Jane the problem is, we're not entirely sure what's meant

The decline is is explained by a drop in factory earnings owing to currently low export rates
