Antonin Scalia, one of the 5 banana Republicans in black robes on the SCOTUS who threw the 2000' Presidential election, devoted 21 pages to illuminating the impertinence of those who suggest that he is the wrong Supreme Court justice to take favors from a friend with a case before the court.
That friend is Dick Cheney.

Res ipsa loquitur, baby.
Why should the justice who put Dick Cheney in the White House stop helping him now?
Yeah, no shite! makes me sick.
Do you honestly believe that an adult with the experience and responsiblity that Scalia has can not refrain from letting his personal life interfere with his professional life?
How so? Are you reading his mind and knowing his personal thoughts?
Anybody with enough professionalism would recuse himself. There's no excuse not to. He might even show a little concern for yet another scandal, but nope... Doesn't give a flying fig. Odd that he is supposed to be a purveyor of justice. Seems as though he's about to be the oppostite! Now come on, if this were about Clinton, you'd admit that it's outrageous, wouldn't you?
