Hi English teachers,
can I use 'awful' to describe an economic?

An economic what? Economic is an adjective--perhaps you meant can you use awful to describe an economy. If that is what you mean, yes you can.

Yes I mean economy,thank you for your correction. Sadly, many people get laid off here nowadays.
