We can't be
sure, and we can't be sure of it for
every religion because we don't know them all. That said, it's still a good bet that any
particular religion is wrong, for at least two reasons: (1) Stories without evidence have a statistical tendency to be false in the first place, and (2) most religious communities consider it virtuous to tell stories, believe them without evidence, and re-tell them. Together, these two features make it pretty safe to bet that any particular religion gets a lot of things wrong.
