How can we be sure that all religions are wrong?

@Jasper10,
It wasn’t a debate, you gave an answer off the top of your head without adequate research.

@Jasper10,
Why do you put so much faith in the political machinations of the Nicene Creed?

As a Christian don’t you want to know about the other gospels and what was not included?

Do you really think God wants you to be an unthinking drone meekly obeying the instructions of other men? You were given a brain for a reason.

Why not start off by reading the Gospel of Thomas? Unlike the canonical gospels is was written by someone who allegedly knew Christ.

What are you frightened of?

@Frank Apisa,
Frank ...my point was more for the (atheists) not that there is such a thing.We''ll let them catch up on that one....

Accusations towards persons or things that don't exist are irrelevant...

One can always HOPE that one's accusations stick concerning the GOD that might EXIST.Whether we like that God or not is irrelevant.

In other words one has to accept the possibility that the person might exist to be able to make accusations that might stick.

This would make the atheist an agnostic.

He made a covenant with creation to not flood the earth again. The world was now very different than it was before the flood.

@Jasper10,
About as well as you could sum up the events of the Aksumite Civilisation.

@NealNealNeal,
It never happened. There is no evidence of a global flood of the kind described in the Bible, none whatsoever.

There was local flooding and some of it was catastrophic but it was never global.

The story comes from Gilgamesh originally.

@izzythepush,
What a load of nonsense. You are just not looking in the right places. The ones that get me are the vertical tree fossils that cut through supposed millions of years of rock layers. This is evidence that the trees were catastrophically deposited very quickly....

@Jasper10,
You’re the one spouting nonsense. No reputable Geologist would say otherwise.

What you have is blind faith, you’re perfect fodder for snakeoil salesmen.

@izzythepush,
Why? because someone gave an alternative view that you may not have thought of that might knock your belief systems?
