name of this movie

I don't know or remember much but I'm sure its a 80's movie. all I can say is that it was I think a few teens who was told about a lot of money in a under ground mine or cave and that they could have it if they went and got it. thing is the people who went to get the money got killed by a trap or some spirit walking around. like to kill people the guy would pour blood from like some necklace or something and it would drip to the ground I think. once that Happen ghost or spirits come and kill those who are there. that's like the best I can describe it. also the killer was a old guy supposedly a cop or sheriff whose partner died and he was Just getting revenge
