what is wrong with my skin???!!!!

I dont know what is going on my skin is like this in some spots around and on my leg and foot.!! im embarresed to wear shorts and I never change in gym becuase People might make fun of me for it so please HELP!

Looks like bad dry skin - maybe dermatitis or eczema.

Rather than self-diagnose, I suggest you ask your doctor for a referral to a dermatologist.

Yes , I told him how my freinds had scabies and maybe i got them but he belived i didnt, he had given me cream(Fluocinonide Cream usp 0.05%, but it had no effect.

Then the most logical thing is to either go back to him and tell him it was ineffective or find a nother doctor.

Could be Actinic keratosis or psoriasis -

Both of these should be taken care of by a doctor though.

If it is only around your leg and feet, it could be flea bites or some kind of contact dermatitis.

Do you have animals? (cats, dog with fleas?)

It can be a number of reasons why your skin is that way. It might be various skin diseases or it is in your diet. Consult a dermatologist.

What spots? maybe a ring worm or skin allergy? Is it itchy? Well, I recommend you try using some anti fungal cream on those spots. It will heal fast.

Since, there is no treatment for keratosis pilaris But moisturizing lotions or creams may help your skin to look atleast better. One most important thing that you need to do is don't scratch on it.
