For the last couple of months my body has been getting the same rash. It is a red bumpy itchy rash that sometimes covers my face back chest and legs. Lately it has just been a small patch on my chest. I recently found out i was allergic to peppers but not sure if thats the cause. Any one know what this could be?

It might be your detergent. Have you talked with your doctor about getting allergy testing?
Age?
Do you exercise at gym?

I got an allergy test and found out I have a pepper allergy. It's just weird because it is always in the same spot on my chest.

Pepper - how bizarre.
There are some allergies which give you contact dermatitis (a nickel allergy, for one).

Worth a shot. Go back to your doctor - nickel allergies are the most common metal allergies but metal allergies are kind of uncommon and a doctor might not realize to check for one. My own physician ended up going into his medical school texts to figure out mine.
