Voting
I think people should be required to vote in the Natl. Elections. If they don't vote they should be fined...hmmm $50? They should be required to take an IQ test in the English lanquage. If they don't score at least average they should not be allowed to vote. There should also be a brief test on the issues sent to each qualified voter. The voter must pass the test. Voting days should be Sat. and Sun.

And if the voter does not pass the test? Which the majority certainly should not (since the test shouldn't be too easy or it's useless).
