What's the meaning of BOOL-sheeter?

I've never seen that before, but suspect that it is a euphemistic spelling of "bullshitter," meaning someone who tells stories, someone who lies, or makes things up.

I suspect it is an attempt to indicate that Avraam is a heavily accented non-native speaker, given that his name and Panos are both common in Greece.
