Perhaps you are the one that needs to get educated.
The ruling will be appealed so there is no final outcome yet. The Supreme Court may well invalidate the lower court ruling.

Secondly, the courts haven't ruled on the actions of the board and could well recognize those actions as being valid. The President's appointment may be unconstitutional but the persons on the board did not act in an unconstitutional manner. They acted thinking they were properly in that position and were not acting illegally. In order for their actions to be unconstitutional you might have to prove that they were specifically put in place to act in a specific manner. A standard which would be almost impossible to prove without evidence.
