I'll give you a source for the numbers for gun injuries.

You are such a teabag liberal!

The point is that neither of you will win the bet. Laughing

One: I know I can't win the bet...because I never made the bet. I mentioned that..you shoulda paid attention.

Two: I am not a liberal of any kind.

Three: In any case, I'm actually glad this is not about the fact that apparently you do not know the difference between "lose" and "loose."

See your Laughing and raise you two Wink Wink

Yeah, you seem to see "dishonesty" in so many things. I guess it must be what psychologists call projection.

You're back ragging on H2oman for language issues and you still haven't apologized to him for your errant corrections from some time ago.

Nope...not being dishonest. But here you are again...seeing dishonesty. Quite a habit. Tough to break.

@Frank Apisa,
Now you sound like Oralloy, Frank. Are you an Oralloy sock puppet?

You're so dishonest that you can't even address the pointed issue I raised with you. Why have you chosen to repeatedly rag on H2oman for his typo but you have up to now given Merry Andrew a pass?

@parados,
You would most definitely welsh on any bet that didn't go your way because you and FrankA are dishonest.

@JTT,

You won't even reveal your location so why would anyone trust what you have to say JTT?

@H2O MAN,
You don't have to trust me, H2oman. I'm only one of the messengers.

"Declassified military documents recently found in the US National Archives show clearly how US commanders repeatedly, and without ambiguity, ordered forces under their control to target and kill Korean refugees caught on the battlefield."

Jeremy Williams - BBC

================

In August 1950 there were [US] orders detailing that refugees crossing the Naktong River be shot. Later in the same month, General Gay, commander of the 1st Cavalry Division (of which the 7th Cavalry Regiment involved at No Gun Ri was part), actually ordered artillery units to target civilians on the battlefield. And as late as January 1951, the US 8th Army was detailing all units in Korea that refugees be attacked with all available fire including bombing.

@JTT,

War encompasses civilians, it's unavoidable.

The Alies targeted entire German and Japanese cities filled
with civilians during WWII and it helped bring the war to
an end much, much quicker than if they had not done this.

@H2O MAN,
H2O one thing I had taken note of is that the lady have her finger outside of the trigger guard near but not on what look like a safety button so there is a good chance that she is not just a model someone handed a gun to for a picture.

Meanwhile you were the one that wanted to bet and now you want to back out of it.

I bet the vast majority of the people shot and wounded were criminals shot by law abiding citizens that were protecting themselves.

Why did you ask to bet if you had no intention of actually doing so?
