How do I get my Microsoft Office 2007 view back to normal?

Some buttons got pressed and it ended up like this. I want it back to normal *cries*

Do you mean change the layout? go into view and change it. At least that's how mine works.

Go to View and select > Print Layout

or which ever setting suits your need.
