The NRA is not miscasting anyone. And the extremists who are pushing gun control are not trying to solve any problem. They are trying to violate our rights
solely for the sake of violating our rights.
I'm not sure there is a problem to be solved, but when extremists try to push civil rights violations, all energy needs to be devoted to defeating the extremists. Any other problems will have to wait their turn.
As for discussing, what's to discuss? Any Congressman in a rural district will be voted out of office if they dare to side with Obama's deranged assault against the US Constitution. Any state ban on assault weapons will be struck down by the courts (likely taking out any associated "magazine limits" in the process).
The time for talking is over. Now it's time to defeat some Democrats (except of course for the ones who side with us).
