What makes them think that those computer geeks, if they draft them, are going to cooperate? That the last group of people I'd want to give access to my computer if they were PO'd at me.
What right to they have to draft certain types? The selective service puts ALL men into eligibility. A draft is for war to get them all into duty if necessary, not just some of them.
This is conscription, a cheap labor solution instead of training soldiers to be adept in these things. Up to age 44 is pretty wild too.
