Why do some people tag my questions as "Racist Changing Spots "?

@cicibebe,
Probably has something to do with the 'sandnigger' question. Some people misunderstand the thrust of an honestly asked question.

@Lustig Andrei,
Hmm, I got it. Calling someone racist is a serious thing as far as I know. Racism is a crime as well. I wouldn't call anyone racist without knowing them very well. I think the word "racist" is overused.

@cicibebe,
I very much agree, but it's not misapplied to someone who calls you "sandnigger".

That's utter hogwash and you know it. In what country, is the subjective state of being racist illegal? Can you cite the legal code from your country and verify your statement as fact? If you're citing an act of libel has been set upon you with said labels, then that's completely different then saying the act or state of being a racist is illegal.

Besides, even if you change your username, you still have your posting history still in existence. You will still have your naive questions on race and predjudice tucked under your "My Posts" and "My Topics"....

@tsarstepan,
I think you're being unfair, tsar. In some European countries, e.g. Germany, the law takes a much sterner view on anything that smacks of racism or ethnic prejudice than we do in the USA. English is obviously not cicibebe's first language and I suspect he/she has run into some racial profiling; hence the somewhat naive questions.

@tsarstepan,
Which of my questions is naive? And what kind of prejudice do I have?
