Black Cuban Ingredients:
- 2 oz or 60 ml Rum
- 1 oz or 30 ml Coffee Syrup
- 1 oz or 30 ml Heavy Cream
- Build in Glass over Crushed Ice

Gordon's Cup Ingredients:
- 8 Lime Wedges
- 4 Cucumber Wheels
- .75 oz or 21 ml of Simple Syrup
- 2 oz or 60 ml London Dry Gin
- Garnish with Cucumbers & Limes
- Add Pinch of Salt & Pepper

Dark and Stormy Ingredients:
- .5oz or 15 ml Lime Juice
- 1.5oz or 45 ml Ginger Syrup
- 2oz or 60ml Rum
- Quick Shake
- Top with Setzler
- Garnish with Mint

Cuba libre? That's just rum and coke with a bit of lime.

Is it really a cocktail?

My favourite is the raspberry beret. Half fill a shot glass with white crème de cacao float tequila on top off the back of a spoon, then place a fresh raspberry in.

If you do it right the raspberry sinks below the spirit but floats on top of the cacao.

You can use other spirits instead of tequila. Pisco or eau de vie are very good.

Is the drink named after the Prince song? Sounds good, I bet you could add a bit of Chambord if you don't have a raspberry.

I think it's the other way round. Chambord does go with the other ingredients but it's not as striking visually.

Here I planned showing a picture of a shot glass with a raspberry floating in the middle, but it turns out on the internet raspberry beret means something different from my recipe book.

It's still a drink, but not the same at all.

what a bunch a pussies. WHAT< no umbrellas???

TAKE a 16 0z of Chesterfield Ale in a tankard (ICE COLD) Then drop in a shot glass of RYE or Canadian Club.
