whats up with the gay marriage thing/ legally or illegally/ and should the goverment decide who should marry whom
anarchy isn't breaking out, marriage is. Honor and integrity are spreading. The naysayers who are attacking gay marriage are attacking at least four amendments of the Bill of Rights, and they have no legal leg to stand on. The people don't need to vote on this either, because it is already provided for in the Bill of Rights, the 14th Amendment not the least of which. So long as no one stood up and took their rights, there was no outcry. But now that they are, it is the end of the world as we know it, the destruction of our way of life, and Armageddon in the making, according to the prejudiced. But the lawmakers and politicians have to be very careful here, because they know they have no legal leg to stand on, and to push this could make them appear to be the anti-American, anti-Constitutional traitors they are, and I am sure they do not want that kind of exposure.
This is all going to end up in the Supreme Court, which will throw it out. It has no choice. It can't take a Jim Crow law and turn it into a consitutional amendment.
The bottom line here, and the nasty nasty the naysayers will never admit...according to our Bill of Rights, the traditional marriage license is DISCRIMINATORY.
1) How will gays getting married ruin marriage?
2) How will gays getting married have a negative impact on you and yours?
3) If every two Americans got married, who would stand to lose out the most?
