Who went to jail for the BP debacle in the Gulf of Mexico? US officials were bribed to look the other way over hazardous hardware vulnerabilities. Yet no one was prosecuted. Why? Because citizens united is a smokescreen for corporate corruption and flagrantly dishonest behavior... The more citizens that unite in the corporate shell game the harder it is to pin the blame.
Who went to jail for the Wall Street rip off of American wealth? Again no one...
Did enough people go to jail for Enron's cooking of the books? Again, not likely.. This corporate corruption has been going on for many years under the radar of the average Joe. That is unless you have lost your job due to the 1%'s looting of reputable companies.
Where is the justice in all of this? In the hands of five conservative judges...
And RoMONEY is gonna fix this? Dream on...
