Unlikely. From his perspective it's a non starter. He's got a great pension, he's cleaning up on the lecture circuit, why go back and get beat on?

BPB
BPB, nah, not for vice president. If anything, Kerry should make Bill Clinton Secretary of State. That's the best job for him.

Unfortunately it would never happen. But what a great way to shove it up the backsides of Bush and company. Imagine the investigations that could be started into the lies and illegal dealings of the present administration. Would I like to see Bush in uniform again only this time one issued in prison. I can dream can't I? Laughing Laughing

Hahahaha. I'd love to see "Bubba the love sponge" debate Cheney. If Dick's heart would hold up, he'd eat Clinton for lunch.

Clinton can't run for VP, since he's not allowed to be president.

See, that's what I thought too. However, the Consititution says that you can't be elected to the Presidency more than twice. Doesn't say anything about sucession to the presidency upon vacancy.

There is a rule, don't know if it's the same amendment, that if the succeeding president is president for more than (I think) two years, then he can only run for re-election once.

The last sentence of Amendment XII reads that no one not eligible to the office of President shall be eligible to the office of Vice President. He can't run.

The Nobel Peace Prize is always good for a laugh. Henry Kissinger won it once.
