Help with translation from English to Scottish Gaelic

Hi I was just wondering if any one could help me translate the following from english into scottish gaelic - stand strong, stay true.
From what I could find from dictionaries online I've come up with either - seas làidir, fan dìleas OR seas làidir, fuirich dìleas as I found two translations for stay.

Help please someone! It's for a tattoo so I'd like to make sure it's 100% before I get it.
