I am working in a company. This company is giving me education along with work. Its paying me a stipend. And they are not giving me any PF. But every month they will deduct ESI and PT. I want to know if this is correct? Because if ESI and PT is deducted why not PF?

@vinaygb,
ESI = employee side income
PT = provident fund
PF = pension fund

From that link I cited, I am guessing it's India.
