@Region Philbis,
Wouldn't you figure that if a guy kicks a bunch of FG in a row in the game, he can kick a routine one to win at the end of the game, right?

Oohhhh, NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! Embarrassed Crying or Very sad

Please don't tell the twerp that.

I think the plural would be less twerpish John. There's me, farmerman and Smart Money plus any who don't bother for the reasons each of us has mentioned. Rushing to judgement on one week's results is seriously twerpy.

Yes, this is shaping up to be a bad week for the lot of us. I won't bother tallying up how bad we did until after tonight.
I can report that Johnboy and Coastalrat are at 9-6. RJB has Denver winning tonight while has Atlanta. The winner of the week will one of those two.

@spendius,
I was planning on killing the CoinToss character off this season. We went through the whole thing last year on CT's probability regarding varying too far from going 50-50.
I changed my mind but I might still do it because CT is essentially a one joke wonder.

Nonsense ... the Red Birds are getting ready to roost on the Pats!

I firmly believe that, um .... Kevin Kolb will lead us to victory this week!

And you were right, and I was wrong. Great performance by the Arizona defense.

@mysteryman,
The trade with the New Orleans defense in it?

Have you seen them play?

@realjohnboy,
If CT varied much from .500 after nearly 300 games I would assume the toss had been aligned with the smart money to some degree.

There is no such thing as a bad week to any player who finishes in the top few positions in your ratings table. One might win a week with 9 wrong selections out of 16. That would be a good week. One might finish with 12-4 and in the bottom half. That would be a bad week.

@Ticomaya,
You should be proud of your team's success over the last half of last season and early in this one - particularly their defense. Overall they look awesome.
