Have you ever realized your insomnia may be caused by the pillow you sleep everyday?

Studies have shown that the world's 600 million insomnia, there are 150 million is due to the pillow does not apply, and unscientific pillow is the primary factor to cause a variety of sleep disorders.

I was shocked by this study, and suffered from the insomnia, but I don't know what pillow is the scientific pillow to sleep, and how long should we change the pillow. Waiting for your advice, thank you!

@Molly3,
I attend a lot of conventions; I like them. I always have.
Mostly, I go for the speakers,
but I 've had too much trouble remaining awake
for lectures or shows in which I have great interest,
and not having slept long enuf in my hotel suite the nite b4.

I 've been advised to take MELATONIN to bring on sleep
when I want it. I got some, but I have yet to test it.

I heard that it is also good against anxiety.

@Molly3,
Not sure of the study or of a particular pillow, but I know I have difficulty sleeping on too big/fluffy of a pillow. I need a very flat pillow or no pillow at all.

I've experienced this staying at hotels where a pillow is very fluffy or puffy. It lifts my head too much and I end up sleeping without a pillow.

@Linkat,
I have to have my own pillow to get a really good nite's sleep.

@Miss L Toad,
Mickey and Sylvia's "Love Is Strange" is sampled in Pitbull's new hit. Hope they got some $$ for that. The kids don't even know where it all came from . . .

@OmSigDAVID,
I have found no benefit from melatonin. It may work for you, and isn't likely to hurt.

@Linkat,
You may need a memory foam pillow, it is not too soft.Well, I used to the soft pillow, but now I feel the pillow is very easy dirty and covered with perspiration. The memory pillow is relatively flat, height is also very appropriate.

I own all of my pillows.
I don't rent much. Sometimes, at gunnery ranges,
I rent the guns in the display cases n buy the ammo,
but other than that, I don 't ofen rent much.
