Need help to translate:
The man from the upper Moesia from the Haemo

This is what I came up with:
A homini a superior Moesia a Haemo

I am sure I have messed up wholle translation...lol

Is this would be good translation?

man from the upper Moesia by the Balkan Mountains

homini a superiorem moesia a haemus

Haemus is the old name for Balkan mountains and Moesia (upper and lower) were roman provinces...
