With all your honor and dignity what would you do?
This test only has one question, but it's a very important one. Please
don't answer it without giving it some serious thought. By giving an
honest answer you will be able to test where you stand morally.
The test features an unlikely, completely fictional situation, where you
will have to make a decision one way or the other. Remember that your
answer needs to be honest, yet spontaneous.
Please scroll down slowly and consider each line -
this is important for the test to work accurately.
You're in Florida...In Miami, to be exact... There
is great chaos going on around you, caused by a hurricane and severe
floods....... There are huge masses of water all over you.... You are a
CNN photographer and you are in the middle of this great disaster. The
situation is nearly hopeless.
You're trying to shoot very impressive photos.
There are houses and people floating around you, disappearing into the
water. Nature is showing all its destroying power and is ripping
everything away with it.
You see a woman in the water; she is fighting for
her life, trying not to be taken away by the masses of water and mud.
You move closer. Somehow the woman looks familiar.
Suddenly you know who it is - it's Hillary Clinton!
At the same time you notice that the raging waters
are about to take her away, forever.
You have two options. You can save her or you can
take the best photo of your life.
So you can save the life of Hillary Clinton, or you can shoot a Pulitzer
Prize winning photo --- a unique photo displaying the death of one of
the country's most powerful women.
And here's the question: (Please be honest)
Would you select color film, or rather go with the
simplicity of classic black and white?
You have a strange sense of humor.
Like you are going to have time to decide what kind of film to use - before she goes under.
Why would a pic of Hillary get you a Pulitzer Prize?
The Pulitzer Prizes are annual awards for achievements in American journalism, letters, drama, and music. The prizes in letters are for fiction, history, poetry, biography or autobiography, and general nonfiction. A gold medal is awarded for public service in journalism while the other categories are accompanied by a $5,000 award paid from Pulitzer endowments.
Are you being obtuse/sarcastic or do you really not know that they give pulitzer prizes for photography?
Google search for "Pulitzer prize for photography"
LOL - guess I looked at a dated definition???
it also looks like photography is not it's own category but rather part of a story?
That would seem about right. Usually when you have a fantastic picture there is a fantastic story that goes along with it.
Just keep in mind that the original post in this thread is meant as a joke and should in no way be taken seriously. Obviously you would color film as to get the best depth...
you tell how deep the water is
course I been in knee deep water that bought drowned you
Still obsessed with Hilly, I see. It must be torture for you not to be able to get that woman in your bed.
