So the Democrats decided an online petition would be a great idea if only someone did it properly. Well, their one and only programmer spent most of the morning haranguing new employees about how the various Occupy movements ought to be exploited. By the time they finally got him to focus on the job, he realized he had forgotten his password, but he was sure he had written it down somewhere. While he was digging around in the mess in his desk, one of the guys clued the other guys into this porno web site which was totally free, and wasn't half bad for a totally free site. They got so involved that not only did that use up the rest of the morning, but they even missed lunch.
But when the women came back from lunch and caught them looking at nekkid girls (they were so slack-jawed they didn't notice the women until it was too late), that was the end of that entertainment. So the guys all went out for lunch, including the programmer, who forgot was he was looking for anyway. Then one of the women told the others about this really cool site with absolutely gorgeous shoes at real discount prices. So when the guys got back, there was no way they could get anywhere near the computer.
"We really need to get internet access for more than one of the computers" commented the office manager.

If that's a solution, these guys are obviously in government.
