I remember years a go seeing a film or tv series with Christopher Eccelston in it was made in the uk . I remember it was about the end of the world. I remember him running with a woman and helping her. People were dropping like flies and vomiting loosing their hair etc. Can anyone remember what this was called ?

Chris Eccleston (far from being a main character implied in the OP's description) was initially helpful to the survivors of the zombie plague but was in fact a baddie who didn't run away with the main characters at all.

I like to watch movies. I think movies are much better than tv shows. I have watched so many movies.
