Walter, I goofed on that. Sour cream is of course from cream. (Oh, no, don't tell me it's not?)
Is no one brie? I took the test several times to see if I could cheat and be a brie. No way. The closest I got was chevre. Damn. Still, I'd rather go to Italy than France.
I thought that cheddar cheese was naturally white until they added massive amounts of coloring. Can't guess why they did that.
Am I bleu?
