I'm going to tell you just because I feel you need to know.
Normally, you would eat breast meat and thighs and wings off of a chicken, correct? Well, what happens after all of the good meat is taken away? You toss out the chicken...Unless some business executives offer to take it away for free.
And what do these business executives want with bones, fat, and head? They want to grind the whole thing up into an unrecognizable mass and sell it to an unsuspecting public.
