if youwait em out, most of our little "roda incidents" do get dismissed. I once continued several, times on a D&D and won by attrition.

thing is I never lost my license. After the roadside test I blew again below the legal limit. They gave me back my keys and license, let me go, and charged me anyway.

Had it gone to trial, the officer who let you go would've been your best witness.
