The real reason Congress is fighting for tax breaks for the top one percent, is not trickle down to the corporations in exchange for favors, or any kind of fiscal fix, it's that they too are in the top one percent --- voting for their own pay raise not only takes a lot of gall, it is an illegal conflict of interest..
