To be lying, Shelly Zimmerman would have had to have told the judge that she either didn't know about the paypal account or told some lie about the amount it contained.

She basically told the prosecutors who to go to for exact information on the account and the prosecutors doctored their own transcripts to deceive the judge.

Incidentally, Google is evil. They support sending innocent people to prison. And they store all your searches and let the entire world know what you've looked up.

I use DuckDuckGo for my search engine. They make a point of not sharing all your searches with the entire world.

At the time of that statement she had transferred about $74,000 between accounts. She was clearly aware of the $74,000 since she was the one that did the transfer. Not only did she do the transfers, they made the transfers less than $10,000 so they wouldn't be reported to the government as required by law.

Are you willing to argue that Shellie was unaware of the money she had transferred? Do you think anyone other than mindless freepers will believe that argument?

The interesting story about Zimmermans and money is going to be how they divide the town of Sanford up between themselves and that police chief who got fired for doing the right thing originally.

I've said all along that there'll come a day of awakening when American blacks will figure out how badly they're being fucked by the demoKKKrat party and a number of their asshole "leaders". This guy has plainly figured it out.

The Democrats need to answer for their sin of selling victim culture to the blacks, but the blacks are free now and have free will. There buying into the story of their victimization and the resulting break-down of the black family is their own fault. The blacks are also the only ones who can fix what ails them. Both parties hinder progress with their playing racial politics....no one is pure here.

True but the bulk of the problem is the dems and the real problem is the two-party system without benefit of runoffs which locks us into the present two parties without options. A nation like Italy with a dozen or so political parties can afford to have one or two of them go rogue, we can't, having one of our parties go rogue forces the other into unnatural positions just to stay alive and compete.

Needed is the list of reforms I've mentioned, the most major being instant runoff elections for all public offices. THAT would allow some third party to step up and replace one of the two major parties which had lost touch with reality or gone rogue.

Apparently the town can legally fire the police chief without cause, so the fact that he never did anything wrong does not give him any cause for legal action. It might be good to try to vote out the people who fired him at the next election however.
