Do you think Zimmerman will be convicted of murder?

I question if this will reach a trial/jury and is very likely to be dismissed at a self defense hearing instead.

This case is as clear a case of self defense as you can get.

You do realize you are saying that about a case where Grandma shot her grandson 8 times including when he was on the phone to 911 saying he was dying. I can see David calling it self defense but to try to argue it will be dismissed is ridiculous.

At some point, a reasonable person (you) would see that he is dealing with people who are unreachable by conventional reasoning and logic and morality, and abandon further attempts to do so.

Sorry my statement deal with the Trayvon case and anyone who think that Zimmerman did not have a 100 percent right of self defense in that case is the ones with a moral problems.

I think we both KNOW
that Mr. Z does not allege that.

I brought up the subject, with a vu of being more comprehensive.
The applicable law of each jurisdiction governs the propriety of THAT.

Agree on the risks of jamming of an automatics and he should had fired two times not once as all the self defense manuals recommend and as a police officer did when placed in a similar position as Zimmerman by an unarmed man in Florida..

had you discussed an alternate universe outcome where both men were armed and Trayvon won by shooting Zimmerperson?

Would you still be rooting for him?
