Since starting at this company I was told that I dont fit in,we are an age related group,if you come to a function you wont fit in.Or oh your a Mason your part of a corrupt cult come join us at break then youtube videos on Masons and an ongoing conversation would take place in front of me.An agressive employee called me a liar and a thief in front of a smiling new employee,but in a letter of disapline I was the aggresive one and said to be violent.Does the employer have responsability to deal with this as several times the shop manager did not.The new employee under the age of 35 was welcomed with a positive attitude as I was told were I belonged.

You need to get some of this in writing (and not just the disciplinary letter).

The letter of disapline was said to of been given to the other person as well but he said he never got one.I think it would be hard to get it in writing but at the time of our meeting the overal manager and the shop manager both gave false statements in the letter.
