I always thought so. I'm an only child and thought it would be kind of cool if I could be twins, and hang out.

However, my daughter is a LOT like me and there are things she does that annoy me that I realize she gets from me. That was kind of a startling realization.

Most of my good friends have been a lot like me but have had complementary/ offsetting personalities.

I would find myself pedantic and boring, and see my outward confidence as a mask of my inner insecurities...On the other hand; if I were not me, then me is whom I'd want to be... I know myself, my strengths and my weakness... I know my desires and fears...I know how I feel, and I feel... This who is home...
