Now look what you did! Made me make a copy of a photo in one of my cookbooks and start me thinking I'm going to have to make this again, as I'm a fool for pan fried noodles:

Everybody thinks those panfried noodles are burnt. That's just wrong.

(I just finished off some shrimp potstickers, Har Gow, except I used peas and garlic instead of scallions.)
