Okay...I've been away a long while--and the format has changed considerably.
I just realized that I am not searching for discussions the proper way in this new format.
Wow...almost like a veil has parted.
Anyway, I just posted a political thread...and now realize that apparently I did not post it in a political forum.
Not sure how to do that...how to designate a proper forum for a discussion topic.
Can anybody give me a short tutorial? Barring that...can anyone give me links to where I can get info on how to operate in this new system?

If you use a "Politics" tag it will be on the Politics Forum.
Any tag would also create a new forum. Here is an example:

Thanks...just went back and tagged my new post to politics. I'm gonna look around and experiment to see how to operate here in this new environment.
