@ehBeth,
Liked it/them....
some politics attached stuff that doesn't make me vomitous.
That may have to do with distance, or may have to do with my just liking the name Trudeau, more or sometimes less, but usually interesting.

@tsarstepan,
Canadian educational films are just as horrendous as US educational films. Case in point:

@farmerman,
https://www.ricardocuisine.com/en/recipes/5497-lobster-egg-benedict-on-rosti

Quote:

Rösti

2 large potatoes, peeled

1 green onion, finely chopped

2 tablespoons (30 ml) butter

2 tablespoons (30 ml) olive oil

Salt and pepper

Grate the potatoes on a clean cloth (about 500 ml / 2 cups). Wring the potatoes by twisting the cloth over the sink.

In a bowl, combine the potatoes with the onion. Season with salt and pepper.

In a large non-stick skillet, heat the butter and oil over medium heat. Divide the potato mixture into four patties and press lightly (see note).

Cook for about 8 minutes. Carefully turn the patties and cook for about 8 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and golden brown. Add butter, if needed.

Set aside in a warm oven, if necessary.
